How orders ship from independent vendors, what to expect at delivery, and how returns are handled.
Shipping
- 1 Vendors prepare and hand off packages to integrated carriers (e.g. Shiprocket or Delhivery when configured).
- 2 You receive tracking in your account once the shipment is created.
- 3 Delivery times vary by seller, product type, and destination — check the product page when estimates are provided.
Returns
- Contact support within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Include photos and your order number to speed up resolution.
- Custom or final-sale items may not be eligible unless required by law.
