How does checkout work on a multi-vendor marketplace?
You add items from one or more sellers to a single cart. At checkout you enter one shipping address and pay once. Each seller fulfills their portion of the order; tracking may appear per shipment in your account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
When enabled by the platform, you can pay with Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or cash on delivery. Available options appear on the checkout page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the vendor, your location, and the carrier. Estimated timelines are shown on product pages when provided. You will receive tracking details when the seller ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return eligibility depends on the product category and seller policy. See our Shipping & Returns page for general guidelines, and contact support with your order number for a specific case.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your customer account and open Orders. Each order shows status updates and tracking links when the seller has shipped.
I am a brand — how do I sell here?
Register as a vendor, complete your profile, and wait for admin approval unless auto-approval is enabled. Once approved, you can list products and manage orders from the vendor dashboard.
